Is Smyths Platinum Insurance?
No. Smyths Platinum isn’t insurance and doesn’t replace home insurance.
It’s a protection membership that gives you priority service and pre-allocated repair credit when work is needed.
What happens if I don’t use all my credit right away?
Small repairs will only use part of your yearly credit. (Example: we had a client who needed some fascia adjusted and secured because it was loud in the wind.)
If a repair only uses part of your annual credit, the remaining balance can be applied to future services or larger projects for the remainder of the year.
What types of services can the credit be used toward?
Your Platinum credit can be applied toward emergency repairs or necessary services provided by Smyths Custom.
Our team will always confirm eligibility before work begins.
Is there a commitment?
Smyths Platinum is designed as a yearly membership, billed monthly.
This allows us to reserve service capacity and priority response for Platinum homes.
Who is Smyths Platinum not a good fit for?
